soft spot
This project was developed while taking the ‘Intro to programming’ classes from notochord.xyz
This artwork is the result of my curiosity in experimenting with dots, light and blending modes in javascript.
it's an abstract piece that draws over a longer period, referencing a star, an orb of energy that builds ups over time. Inspired by fine brushstrokes, it originally features 3 random background colors and 5 different color palettes.
‘soft spot’ was written in vanilla javascript and without any external libraries, it's accessible from any browser and the time required for render varies from hardware. It was mostly written in a macbookpro.
